The Mango Song was played for the first time since September 16, 1989 (184 shows), though Trey curiously introduced it as being ânew.â The second set was cut short due to Brown Universityâs curfew; after Cavern, a representative from Brown (Trey: âI donât want to tell them, you tell them!â) informed the crowd that the show had to end by midnight and that the next song had to be the last. During a pause in Letter to Jimmy Page, Trey noted: âweâre not going to forget that this got cut short, and the next time weâre back in the area weâre going to make it up to you.â Before the hasty encore Trey remarked: âweâre going to have to watch out for the âbig hook!'â
