02What this site is
Foul Domain is a free, fan-built analytics platform for exploring Phish concert data. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Phish, Phish.net, or Phish.in. It is a fan project built for the community.
03Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Foul Domain or create an account. By using the site, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.
04Accounts
You may create an account to access personalized features (playlists, dashboards, favorites, show attendance). You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
05User content
Content you create on the site (dashboards, playlists, ratings) remains yours. By making content public, you grant other users the ability to view it. You may delete or make private your content at any time.
You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
06Data sources
Concert data is sourced from Phish.net and audio is streamed via Phish.in. We make reasonable efforts to keep data accurate but do not guarantee completeness or correctness. Analytics, predictions, and scores are computed algorithmically and should be taken as approximations, not definitive facts.
07Audio content
Audio playback is provided through Phish.in's API. Phish has historically permitted non-commercial sharing of live recordings. We do not host audio files directly. If you are a rights holder and have concerns, please contact us.
08Availability
The site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee uptime, accuracy, or availability. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice.
09Limitation of liability
Foul Domain and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. This is a free, community project with no commercial guarantees.
10Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
